TechSW Return & Exchange Policy

At TechSW Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. We ship physical products worldwide to the United Kingdom and operate in compliance with UK consumer laws. This return policy applies to online purchases.


1. Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your product, without providing a reason.
  • Informing us of your decision is sufficient; no explanation is required.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Returns may be refused if:

4. Refunds

  • Once the product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees may not be refunded (unless promotional conditions apply).

5. International Returns

For returns outside the UK:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • It is recommended to use insured shipping.
  • Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of direction.

6. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size, model, or color.

  • Subject to stock availability.
  • Shipping costs for the exchange may be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photo or video evidence may be requested.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by TechSW for such cases.

8. Damage During Delivery

If the package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Request a damage report or note from the courier.
  • Contact us immediately afterward.
