Return & Refund Policy – TechSW LTD

Because we primarily sell digital products, software licenses, and activation keys, we operate under a strict no-refund policy, except in limited cases described below.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Rule – No Refunds
TechSW LTD does not accept refunds for any of the following:
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Compatibility issues caused by the customer’s device, operating system, hardware, or third-party software
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Digital products that have already been delivered, viewed, activated, or used
All sales are final.
2. Faulty or Non-Working Product
In the rare event that a product is faulty, does not activate, or cannot be used due to an error caused by us, we provide the following solution:
2.1. Replacement First
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will:
- Replace it with the same product at no additional cost.
2.2. Refund Only If Replacement Is Not Available
A refund will only be issued if:
- The same product or an equivalent replacement cannot be supplied, or
- The product is permanently unavailable in our system.
Refunds will not be issued under any other conditions.
3. Evidence Required (Screenshot Mandatory)
To process a replacement request, customers must provide:
- A clear screenshot or screen recording showing the error message,
- Proof of activation failure, or
- Any system message indicating that the key/product does not work.
Without valid evidence, we cannot process a replacement or refund.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
TechSW LTD is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Wrong email address provided during checkout
- Incorrect product version selected (e.g., Windows instead of Mac, wrong year/version)
- Software incompatibility due to outdated operating systems or unsupported devices
In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
5. Digital Delivery Policy
All digital products are delivered electronically.
A product is considered delivered once:
- It is sent to the email address provided, or
- It appears in the customer’s account/download section.
Once delivered, the product cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent refund attempts will result in:
- Suspension of the customer’s account
- Reporting to payment processors and anti-fraud systems
- Potential legal action if necessary
